Worst hospitality at this hotel . The room we were staying had no Wi-Fi signal in the room. I had to stand in the corridor to get signal . I informed the front desk and showed to the engineer who was trying to restart the access point that the access point has no issue, it’s the signal attenuation which is the problem. He agreed to that but the front desk were arguing that Wi-Fi is working. I asked them to change the room and they had rooms but were resistant towards offering me a room. I asked for the hotel manager and the manager was not there leaving the hotel with a dumb staff. I was told the manager comes at 9 or noon time and there is no way to contact the manager. The staff was very rude as if it’s my fault the Wi-Fi is not working. The moto of Thailand , is “land of smiles”. This hotel management doesn’t believe in the core value of Thailand! I will never recommend this hotel and if you have already booked, go ahead and cancel your bookings. There are much better options in the same area and much much better service. BTW, the hotel manager name is Ramika , who is the owner as per the rude staff. Applaud the ownership! Off course, pun intended!!

Nice place to stay for near pattaya beach, cozy place and good room, the worker there are good hospitality. Around the hotel are near to big mall and supermarket. The foods is good too.

The location is really good. Terminal 21, Chinatown, and Koreatown are nearby. It appears to have been recently remodeled, but the facilities are poor. Please note.

Opposite the hotel is Pattaya Chinatown. There is a night market at the entrance of Chinatown at night. You can take a tuk-tuk to Fengqing Street from the entrance. There is a 711 and ** show just a few hundred meters away. It is very close …

Horrible experience at the reception check in was at 2pm i arrived 2:45 room wasnt ready had to wait over a hour to get into my room . Staff where not interested atol didnt even look at me or apologize. Rooms where ok but old the tv needs replacement so does the sink best thing about the room was the view not worth 38 euros a night atol ! .

The room is very beautiful. (Room 903 and 904). You can see the beach and the rooftops of the nearby hotels. The room is extremely spacious. The pool is gorgeous (but closes early compared to other hotels). I love that there's also a lazy boy inside the room. The staff, they are the best asset of this hotel. Here's where it went south: 1. There's no trash bin in the toilet. Like nothing at all; 2. The toilet has molds (both Room 903 and 904); 3. The shower curtains are very dirty; 4. The room is quite dusty; 5. There's no plug beside the bedside table. I had to move the bed and remove the lamp plug in order to charge my phone; 6. The windows are the worst. Although the view is gorgeous the windows are so sticky and there are traces of weird substances. 7. The A/C makes a terrible noise. 8. You can hear the cars and the people talking outside the building which is weird considering the fact we're on the 9th floor.

The breakfast is very confusing, I eat the same thing every day, the food is all frozen, and there is no choice. I will not go there next time. There are parade groups and there are many Indians there.
